vb Customer Number isnt working.

Hello we just bought a new vb software and now we are trying to run in browser but its not working .

As in instruction i used ,, http://www.mysite.com/forum/install/install.php , and than i entered correct customer number but its not working at all .
Just dont understand why its not working .

Any idea?

Please help if possible.

Make sure that you:
- Use your customernumber, not your license-id
- Use files downloaded from the Members' Area for that license.
