hey were can i edit so on forumhome the category is not a link just a text on the name?

In Forum Home template group edit 2 templates:

forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost
forumhome_forumbit_level2_nopost

why do i have to edit forumhome_forumbit_level2_nopost i got it to not link to the categorys only by editing the first one.
