Google Analytics Urchin Code... not working in Footer?

Hi guys, I read through many threads that Google Analytics code should be put at the end of all of your Footer templates. Well, I did this and when I search for the "Forums" directory in my Top Content in the Analytics Admin Backend, it only shows the directory /Forums/Archive and never /Forums/threadxxx, etc.

Can anyone confirm that this is wrong/right? Any possible solutions?
