Transfer games

I have a new board and I would like to transfer the 3000+ games I have installed already to the new board is this possible without the tar files?

I just transfered my 3500 games, from a vbulletin forum to another vbulletin forum, by backing up the arcade msql tables and importing them. Then transfering the arcade folders.
also went and done maintenace on the tables in the admincp.
