Forum with Subforums Like Vbulletin.org

Someone can tell-me step by step how can i have a forum like vbulletin.org with subforums only acess from top.

Example.
Home -- Forums -- Articles -- Styles


Because this way i can have multiple forums inside a forum i have so many subforums and one user open home page dont have to load all forums , and many users dont have interest to other subforums and consume low cpu to server .

And a place were i can find styles like this, or this one ?

I find a Solution give Display Order 0, and then give the url to the parent forum.

But i have another problem the spaces bank between forums .

Example Vbulletin.org
