Time to wait before making another post

Is it possible to impose a certain amount of time to wait before making another post, for specific usergroups?

Not that im aware of, you could search some here or post for a paid job.

You can set a global time through vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options. But there is no default way of setting this on a per usergroup basis.
