Force Members to Use the ADVANCED Posting Interface?

Is it possible to make all existing members use the full wysiwyg posting interface. The one with the sidebar of smilies and all the buttons and what not.

After I imported my forum from phpBB3, all the members are using the basic post interface...

Execute the appropriate SQL Query under the Maintenance>Execute SQL Query menu in the admin CP.
