Email Verification Problem

hey, new users on my website are unable to receive email notifications after creating new accounts. i enabled email verification in my Vbulletin control panel but still it won't send :S. can someone help me out?

Start by checking if email is configured correct:

AdminCP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Email

it says it sent it however i tried using 4 different emails on different servers (gmail, hotmail, etc) and it still does not show up.

Is this a dedicated server?

If so you need to check your email programs log file.

If this is a vhost box, then you need to call your host and ask them to check the issue.

is there a way i can revert all my template files back to how i got them?
