what conditional would I use to show a specific staff image ONLY on staff members postbit. I want everyone to be able to see the staff image but only want it to show for staff... or is there a hack already for this?

Why not use user ranks?

for some reason, it doesn't work... The images don't show plus user ranks are for everyone. I want staff tags for anyone on the staff.. like how it is here.

User Ranks work just fine, there is no need to complicate matters when these features are already built in.

Here is what the manual has to say: User Ranks (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/user_ranks)

Just make sure that you set the Usergroup to match your staff Usergroup.
