Allow Usergroups to Post HTML

Is there a mod that's available that allows you to specify usergroups that are allowed to post HTML in certain forums? I think this would be a nice feature for trusted groups.

You must realize that nobody can be trusted with HTML. Even if nobody have bad intentions, a simple mistake could break your board.
