admin cp and mod cp

is there a plugin or some sort of tool to remove options from peopls admin cp and mod cp?

You can limit the options in the AdminCP with Administrator Permissions (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/usergroup_admin_perms)

Thats not good enough i want to remove plugins such as Awards and Mass PM etc.

If these modifications do not add their own Admin permissions, then no.

Request the author to add such permissions.
