do i have to do anything except adding paypal email in payment api manager and enable it and adding subscriptions?

well i've some queries in adding paid subscriptions.

Going by your little blurbs..

top- i am not sure, i think there are instructions for setting up your paypal for paid subscriptions in the vb manual

left- anything left 0 will not be selectable. vb will not offer converted amounts, but users with other currencies can pay to your currency via paypal automatically converting it. rest assured, youll get that exact amount in your currency

right- only fill in a ccbill id if you are using ccbill. otherwise ignore it
