I know it's possable on an IPB License but what about vBulletin?

If you are talking about adding a second email address to your vB license, then yes, it is possible.

All you have to do, is log in to your Member Area over at http://members.vbulletin.com/

Once you are logged in, click the Priority Forum Support link on the left hand side. Add up to 3 additional addresses there.
