Home Page for My forum?

I want to create a Home Page on whcih all the links to section(Chat , Forums , Contact us etc) are given in graphic form.is it possible to do? if yes then how can we do that? I dont want my members to enter site directly.Infact they shd first see my home page and then register for forum and other links.

I shd also able to do some ad thing on home page. Please help me regarding this in detail.

This can be done with simple html. Create the page with the links and upload it to your domain as index.html
