how do I make my quick reply, advance reply, and PM create/reply message boxes to span across the whole page with a 100% width and also change the height if possible?

that option only allows me to set the width to pixels I want it to span the whole screen with a width of 100% no a pixel setting any ideas?

You should be able to use any CSS length units with it

em, px, pc, ex, em, in, cm, mm, pt, %
