Doing massive forum edits really becomes a pain with the online ACP. Is there a offline version?

No. But if it was offline, how would it work?

Do the edits offline, upload to the forum. Useful because it would allow the administrator to make massive edits to the forum with ease, speed, and no document-hypnosis, while not affecting the performance or resources of the forum at all.

Of course a C++(or whatever) programmer would be needed...
