Pay per post?

I wonder if there's an excisting mod for what I would like:

For a Selling/Trading forum on my board I want to charge something for each posted post. (though paypal)

I know I can use groups for this, but I want the posting permission to be limited to just one thread per payment.

Any idea how I can achieve this?
