Not sure.... mod? Feature?

Now my sites gallery is being populated and viewed, someone left a comment and I noticed the button bar at the bottom of the post.

Is this an extension of PhotoPost? Is it part of VBulletin? I'd like to have this feature on the dialogue boxes of VBulletin as well. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Only place I've seen that is on IPB.. this is probably a stupid question, but are you sure you aren't using IPB? Looks very IPB-esque to me, and some of the details don't match up with vB, unless you did some very nit-picky modding, such as "October" instead of "Oct", the latter of which shows on vB by default.

This is the bottom bar that appears in a PhotoPost message/comment. I definitely am NOT running any IPB programs.
