Dumb question. How does one submit a Mod to the Mods forum?

I have a "Mod". Actually it's folders of images that are missing when installing a new style. It has in it the "page_edit.gif", "navbits_final_ltr.gif", etc. Since most of them are missing from many styles I thought to make a "Mod" of them.
