Nothing is uploading!!!

Ok well for some reason nothing seems to work. What I mean by this is, when I try to go and add a mod/hack in ACP I get this message:

No file uploaded and no local file found.

This only happens when I use the browse option and browse for the hack/mod from my computer. But when I use the file path way everything works fine. But I want the browse way to work as it is WAY easier.

I have same problem with styles, I go and try to upload a new style, I click on browse, select a styles XML, and click upload. It takes me to style manager but no style is added :(. Again the file path way works but the browse way is WAY easier so I want both to work.

All this works perfectly on another server, same file and same vb version files, same everything!

I have asked my server admins, they have tried everything they could. They have now told me this:

Please ask the programmer or software vendor to look at the script and let us know anything they want changed.

So can someone please help me out :(!!

It is already enabled, this is happening to all the forums on the server, so I believe maybe it's a server setting that needs to changed or something? Can anyone help!!?!?
