how to put picture to User Title

hi all i want to put picture on User Title how we can do that?

upload picture in RANKS directory and than upload them from ACP in Ranks option.

i know that but if i use it and remove my admin user title other user title i set to showing for post like : junior member or member or ... it's showing

ACP> Usergroups> Usergroups Manger > select any group> and in third box write title that u want

you asked for user title. and i told you .
In title box i dont think u can add any picture , but i am not sure just wait may some one can guid u.
