I am trying to get everything running right on my new server. I have moved all the files over and edited the config file. ran a massive query and installed a VB back up. Everything seems to be fine. I get an error when trying to view my index:
Invalid forum path specified! Please edit this file and be sure to include the correct path for your $forumpath variable.
I'm not to worried about that because i assume a simple option edit will fix that.

The main problem im having is an error when viewing the ACP the left nav frame is returning an error:
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: vb_xml_parser in /home/*****/public_html/lockoutgaming.net/admincp/index.php on line 339

Any ideas?

Do you have a directory defined as forumpath in your config.php?

if you have vbadvanced installed you have to edit the vbadvanced index_cmps page, to your new forumpath variable

In the files that you have in the vbadvance there is a file in the portfolio that it is not necessary to ascend that he/she calls himself forumpath.php in the you rot to check the host path

have you insalled any mods recently??

try this and see if the problem correts itself

You can temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Once this is done, you should be able to access your admincp (and board) and uninstall any offending plugins/products.

if the problems correct itself, after adding this to your config.php then a mod seems to be messing your admincp up.

post back tell us how you get on.
