"Private" posts?

I have a unique need for a way for all posts in a particular forum to only be viewable by the original poster and the admins. Though it isn't required, it would be nice if the "private" status for all posts expire on a predetermined date.

Basically, I want to have a contest where users "enter" the contest via a post but the contents of the post are not revealed to the public until after the contest entry deadline.

The best thing u could do is make the forum "private" via vbulletin permissions then remove those permission changes once u want to release it.

But I'd have to make a seperate forum for each entrant. I don't want the entrants to see each others posts either.

There is no mod that does this then. You could make a submission forum and a release forum, so u only have 2 forums and move them to the release forum when the submission time is up.
