I've searched and haven't found it if there is one....
Is there a mod or could there be one where members can NOT give negative reputation to Forum Leaders (Mods, SMods, and Admins)? It seems that negative reputation given to Forum Leaders is from someone that broke the rules and wants to get back at the Mods.
It would be great that a registered member could NOT give that negative rep to a Forum Leader.
