A banned member is PMing members

Hey,

A banned bot has the ability to PM users and I am positive I have this ability for banned members disabled. Everything is.

How can I fix this?

Have you checked the banned usergroup options to see if that feature is enabled?

Sure have, and I also disabled his features manually, as a banned user, in user options. But one of my staff members told me that he received four PMs from this guy.

I see him in whoseonline and it shows me that he is getting an error message.
