How I define a different design for specific MOD ?

to explain :
Every mod use design from default value of the system,
insofar and I want that certain mod will use his specific design.

How can I to this?

For example (and only for example): If I'm used the MOD "vbJournal (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=155853)" by Mary... or any other MOD
the MOD's used the design from the default value of the system... colors, css, size .. and more

more example :
I want to install the mod "ibproarcade (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=101554)" but I want that the look and feel of the mod there will be in the different selective design of the default of all the forums.
I mind to use other design/Template/style....

The question how I am set the mod's that the choice design from different style and not from the default value of the system?
