Questions for those who use PayPal for incoming and outgoing transactions...

For a while my members have been wanting to donate money towards our site. PayPal seems to be the service preferred by everyone. My concern, however is with the privacy upon transactions. If I create a separate account - I already have a PayPal account that is for personal use only to purchase things - will the members see my personal info in the transaction details or will they only see my e-mail? Is there a way to keep personal details private? Lastly, what type of account (personal or business) have you benefited from?

*I've read PayPal's privacy policy but I wanted to know your experiences when dealing with PayPal.

Hi

They will only see the Email account that you use!
I would go with the next account up, i think its premier or business is good m8

I have used paypal for years for 1 reason or another.

What i will say is be careful of those that subscribe to VIP and then try to open
a dispute saying that didnt get the goods, but, if you explain your service to paypal
and that you think the customer is pulling a fast 1 you will win every time, more so
as its electronic goods :)

Good luck, any more questions then fire away and i will try to help...

Thank you, bashy for the information. :) I'll also read up more on the upgraded accounts.

Shame on the others who read but didn't bother replying. Nah, only serious. :D
