How to merge user tables?

i have 2 different user tables. how can i merge them together?

I only have the user table

both are VB user tables.

I have all other tables for a database but for the other one i only got user table.
Can you help me?

If you don't have the other tables (wonder why not if this is your own data), then your best option would be to restore that table into some database (make sure you don't overwrite your current user table), export it to a CSV text file and use the ImpEx text file importer to add the users to your current board.

I had my old database which i was not able to restore it so i started a new site again with a new db,but i lost lot of members so i just want to add those members again

Im using the new database now.how would i import the old database user table into the new one now?

I want to mix the two database together.

Restoring old members is not as simple as just adding old user table records - a lot of other tables need corresponding records as well. You will almost certainly also get userid clashes.
