Moving Forum/Last Post/Threads/Posts BELOW the category strip?

Is there a way to move the table head that contains Forum/Last Post/Threads/Posts?

I would like to move it below the category strip, so that when I collapse the category, it will also hide Forum/Last Post/Threads/Posts.
