Age restrict a category/threads?

i have been searching for a little bit, Is there a way that i can make a thread or a category 18 or older only?
Im the owner of a forum with a premium members area, you can purchase a subcription for this area. I want to be able to make a category that only allows the people that are over 18 in is there a way to do this?

You could put all the users who say they are over 18 into their own usergroup and only let that usergroup have access to the forum. But, you do realize that anyone can say they are over 18, so it isn't really a for sure thing.
