just for modification the word like Admin Control Panel to my admin control panel....

Don't really see the use of it, why link to your ACP if you are already in the ACP?

Anyway, edit your ./admincp/index.php and find:

<td style="text-align:<?php echo $stylevar['left']; ?>"><a href="http://www.vbulletin.com/" target="_blank"><b>And edit to your needs.

i dont need to change the link... ,just the the word "Admin Control Panel to my admin control panel."

Change the phrase 'admin_control_panel'.

It is under phrases I think.

AdminCP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search In Phrases ->
Search for Text "admin_control_panel"
Search in ... "Phrase Variable Name Only"
Exact match "Yes"
Press Find
