hi i found many of the spammers registers at forum with real email first and changes that email after registration ,is it possible to restrict the change of email id with admin permissions ,or he needs to confirm email id which he changed untill that he cannot his old email id

It would be nice to be able to configure this as an unchangeable option for new members in the group profile settings.

A way around this is to send a monthly newsletter via vBulletin. When you get email errors, you can simply deactivate their accounts.
