How do you import product?

I wanted to install the Latest Thread mod:

The install instructions say "import product" that is all!

But I don't understand what that means or how to do it. I download the file which is XML, what should I do from there? This is my first attempt at adding a mod.

Its very easy ;)

Admin Cp > Plugins & Products > Manage Products > Add/Import Product > Browse for the file on your computer > Import
