vB - Import Impex -Errors

When i imported my vBulletin its giving me errors that the users cant log in to the forum they have to reset their passwords. and when they reset they are not able to post cause when they try to do that forum replies as
" You dont have permissions to post "
I checked every stuff the permissions and all ! .. but its not working ...

CAN ANY ONE HELP ME PLEASE !
