Download Area Modification

Hi all!

I've been looking for a download area for my forum. I want something that looks like this (http://www.vbhackers.com/f76/ajax-flatfile-vbshout-2-1-a-4536/). I've looked around a lot and the only thing I could really compare it to was DownloadsII. But I want something that is more aesthetically pleasing. Thanks very much for the time. :)

Looks like the example might have been done with gars but I couldn't be sure. I don't think gars is available at the moment though.

I have version 3.6.8 Level 1 Patch. Those don't work for my forum. Thanks for trying though!
