something's wrong after patching

hello,
after upgrading, buttons (i mean, the one's like chose the font,, insert smilies,images and more) and smilies doesn't work anymore.
I've tried to change the template or remake the upgrade but the error remain the same.
what can I do?

guys, they're just the icons for insert images,changing colors, size of the words in the pos,ting window..
I can't click on them,..
