Add-In for Forum Icons?

Hi
- I loved this feature in another forum. Any idea if this is an add-on or a style and if its available for my version? (3.6)?

Just replace do this: (Off the top of my head)
* Remove the text part of the link. (<a href="page.php">REMOVEME!!!</a> - Remove the part that says REMOVE ME!!!!!
* Put an <img src="images/DIRECTORY/ICON.GIF

Change the part in bold.

Thanks for the pointers on adding the HTML on the forumhome template. I was just hoping this was a more standardized add-on or plug-in. Also, I know you can't see it in the screenshot, but the icons are animated and have drop down menus.
