Moderator able to approve new members?

I have my forum set up to moderate new members. I have 3 mods which I trust to approve new member accounts. As it appears, the only person that can approve new members is me, the admin. Is it possible to make those members in the Super Moderator group able to approve new members? If so, what are the steps?

That is not the default behaviour of vBulletin, you will need to use a hack.

Use my Moderate New User Registrations (ModCP Option) hack I released a couple of months ago, that covers exactly this scenario :)
