Does anyone happen to know where i can find cmp in the admin cp...

you need to install vbadvanced because the navigation module is an add-on for it. http://www.vbadvanced.com/

Thats only if you want them to install it on your forum for you - You get the files and instructions on how to install it yourself for free...
