Avatar change script

Im looking for a mod that would change a users avatar depending on the number of posts they have. I run a car club website and we have a pretty good time and sometimes people will post ALOT of posts per day.

Basically what im looking for is a script that if user posts more then say 30 posts in one day it changes their avatar to /images/bigposter.jpg

anything out there like this ?
