I'm trying to put vBShout (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=93097) on my website, which is a non-vb page. Has anybody got an idea of how this could be achieved?

I do believe that this question falls under this forum's description of ""How do I do this in vBulletin?", "Can this product do this?", "What does this feature do?", etc", but I will take your advice and try that.
