QOTD or Quote of the Day

I can't imagine this would be too hard for someone who knows what they are doing, but it sure aint me. :)

I saw someone do signature of the day and I immediately thought of this. On my site, people seem to love putting other people's quotes in their sig when they say something really stupid or (not as often) really smart.

are you looking for site-wide quotes or on the user level?

not sure what you are meaning?

it would be nice to be able to hit the quote button and then punch the quote into a database where members could vote on the quote to become quote of the day/week/month.
