It's a fairly new website where writers can talk and get work reviewed. Can you review the layout and navigation, especially the Info Center link at the top of the page? Suggestions on any improvements would be greatly appreciated.

I am not a fan of the logo. The lettering is too white at the top and gets lost in the white background. I do like the stack of books and the font used for the lettering though, it just needs a bit of work to really make a good impression.
The skin is light, but I found that it was easy on the eyes and worked well for reading. A slightly larger Font size on the story posts would not hurt though.
Navigation is the basic layout you come to expect for vB, but it works and that is the important part :).
The buttons just look off. It may be a similar issue to the logo, with the light areas blending into the background too much. The rest of the graphics look very good though.
I also run a writing site, so the following is a bit more specific and based on my experiences.
You may want to make licencing information a bit more visible, and it would not be a bad idea to include a small bit about "First Rights".
Forums do not make for very good archives for works with more than one chapter/segment. Peoples comments break up the reading and make it difficult to follow the flow. I have seen some other sites use special skins for the story areas that provide direct links between the authors posts, assuming they are chapters, while listing the other posts at the bottom as comments. Personally I use eFiction for my archive as it is designed to handle multi-chapter stories with no problem.
You may want to look into having different variations of your style to suite different reading preferences. Providing a narrow output is a small bit of extra maintenance to keep a portion of your visitors happy and returning.
It looks really good so far, just a few graphic tweaks and getting some more quality content and you will be in good shape.
PM me if you are interested in a link swap. I am always looking to support writing sites :).

It's not to bad... I really like the book icons your using on the forum home page. The only thing that I can think of to suggest would be a few darker colors in the skin especially the header. :)
