Options Blank Line

I asked this over at .com but was sent back to here so hopefully someone may be able to help me.

In my AdminCP-->vBulletin Options list I have a blank line that I would like to remove as per attached pic. Sure it isn't affecting anything or causing any problems, just would like it gone is all.

It doesn't go even after upgrade and adding any new mod and know it happened when a mod was removed but not sure which one or when so have no idea how to get rid of it.

Any suggestions please?

Looks like its a product's options group that has had the corresponding phrase removed for some reason. PM me with the HTML source for the page (that "main" frame, not the entire page), and I'll try to identify what mod it was that is causing this.
