Help with someone joining

I want to have my other admin join to help me. Can she? If so what do I do? I know she needs license info etc... That is why we are wondering how she can join vbulletin.org

You can have up to 3 emails licensed to your vBulletin License, put her email on and use that same email here on vb.org. She can have her own account :)
