Need Help

I upgraded from 3.6.2 to 3.6.8 and now I have all kinds of problems. I cant even get into my admincp. When i try and log-in I get this.....

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/sovadako/public_html/forums/includes/class_core.php

I dont even know where to start. I also get this at the top of the homepage.....

I upgraded like I was told to do by the instructions and now everythings screwed. HELP please.

You need to reupload the files for every modification you have.

To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Then see if you can get onto your site.
