Member List seems to be broken

Hi,
I'm having an issue with the member list on my site. It keeps telling me:
"Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms. " Is there a way to fix this?

In your Admin CP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > select to edit the Usergroup and then make sure you have the option Viewable on the Memberlist set to Yes.

Thanks Lynne - Looks like that worked however, when I'm logged in it only shows the admin user in the members list and my account has been assigned to the administrators user group. I've created 2 custom usergroups:

Guild Members and Guild Officers which I am also a member of these usergroups. I have checked the setting that you mentioned and for some reason it was turned off in the administrators group.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying, but you need to set this option for every usergroup you wish to show on the Members list. So, do it for Registered Users, and Guild Members and Guild Officers. Also make sure that people in those usergroups are allowed to view the Members List.
