'Views' not working!

I recently installed 3.6.8. Everything is great, excluding this issue.

If there are 4 posts, the 'Views' shows as 5. 20 posts, 21 views. I 'know' these threads are seeing more views....and its happening on all new threads.

Any ideas? Im stumped :shrug::confused:

Do you have the view update on a delay and is the cron running/
