Admin CP Help Buttons

<font color="darkgreen">I have searched the documentation and both vB.org and vB.com but I cant find where it shows how to add the "?" help button/link to a admin control panel table header/row.

Anyone know or know where I can find the steps/code?

Thanks a ton! I dont know why when I searched under "help button" or "help links" or "admincp help" I kept getting all the same results of no real relevancy. Searching on vb.org always seems inefficient to other vb sites for some reason.
