Limit the threads in a forum

I have created 5 threads in a forum that I want members to reply to only. I don't want them to add any new threads. Is there a way to do this? I don't see anywhere in forum permissions - only to stop them from posting in general, which stops them from replying to the threads I have created.

Go to your Admin CP > Forums & Moderators > Forum Permissions. Now locate the forum you wish to limit and find the usergroup you wish to impose the limit on and hit Edit. In there you may select No to Can Post Threads.
